Payment-processing fees DRAFT
All ACH and other payment-processing fees on your payments (including any returned-payment fee) are your expense, charged to you when incurred. Your full payment is deposited to Parker & Parker, LLC's IOLTA trust account; the fee is paid from the firm's operating account — never deducted from trust — and then billed to you as an expense on your next invoice or statement. After that notice, the firm may pay it from your funds held in trust, as authorized in your engagement letter.
